Morgan Massey is a central Arkansas native who moved to Memphis, Tennessee to Study Music Industry at The University of Memphis. Morgan was raised a music lover and her passion for music has driven her to dedicate herself to music makers and their career goals. Morgan is a musician and has been classically trained for 11 years in Bassoon. This experience helped develop her ear for music and helps her understand what it takes to be a music maker.

Morgan has performed in numerous visual art groups known as Colorguard and Winterguard. She has performed at Winterguard International (WGI) Championships with Black gold independent in 2018 where they received a silver medal. Morgan went on an eighty-five-day tour with Drum Corp International (DCI) performing with the group Spirit of Atlanta. That group traveled across the east coast and performed in massive stadiums such as the Alamo dome, J. Berney Crum stadium, and Lucas Oil Stadium. Her time with the drum corp made her fall in love with the touring life, and that experience gives her insight into the toll touring can take on a performers body.

In her time at the University of Memphis, she was able to help manage shows, work as an av tech in the campus concert hall, and coordinate auditions and events for the student run record label (Blue Tom Records). Morgan was a recipient of the Robert E. Kelly scholarship, which is a scholarship that is awarded to two outstanding music industry seniors. Her experience at the UofM has prepared her to find her path in the music industry, and advocate for her client’s careers. Artist Advocacy is at the forefront of Morgan’s ambitions, and she plans to be the best advocate for all her clients.
